Cancellation & Refund Policy

Same day order will not be cancel in any case. In addition, order cannot be cancel within 36-48 hours of delivery date or time as products are tangible in nature and cannot be preserved after preparation. However, in unavoidable circumstances we can reschedule the order within next 30 days of order placed date. In case of cancellation, cancellation charges of up to 10% (gateway charges) of total order value will be charged (Please note that final decision of cancellation will be sole discretion of Flower N Cake). There is no return required in case or product was damaged however customer needs to send us the picture of the same (within 4 hours of delivery). However, customer needs to return the product in case of wrong product or products not up to the quality mark as same needs to be check by quality team. In case customer used the same product no refund or redelivery will be done. In case of refund, TAT will be depend on the RBI guidelines and it may take maximum time up to 7 working days as same done through NEFT only in customers account. In case of duplicate order customer will get refund after deduction of gateway charges up to 10% (depends on case to case) and order will get cancel as remarks duplicate order; original order no._______. Refund is not applicable in case product is substituted (refer substitute policy). However we always take consent of sender or receiver before substitute the product. In case due to any reason they are not contactable we substitute the product as per policy.
